- Reached out to local networks when we had a chicken lost to foxes when finding a replacement

- whip and tongue grafting technique

It certainly isn't a difficult skill and I expect I will find it very useful in the future. Like everything knowing those 3 things that will lead you to success rather than failure sure saves a lot of plant material.
