Weeds

There are times when weeding can be quite a difficult business.

I couldn't bring myself to weed the cute little wild strawberry from out of the paving stones

Self seeded Violets. Now I've seen the flowers they have definitely lost weed status. Unless they try to take over the garden.

The basil growing between our pavers is possibly doing better than the ones I actually planted!!

I am going to try a different method to trying to pull all our weeds out... I am going to grow lots of ground cover and other flowers and herbs all in together, so even if there are weeds, you won't be able to really see them!!

OMG I love those violets!! They are gorgeous!! We have a few tomato plants like your strawberry. I'm hoping they'll be nice and hardy even though they are in the weirdest place in the garden (right next to some salvias LOL)

My husband seems like he has weeded twice the same pieces of ground because of the rain etc. Yesterday he told me it was hard, his patience had run out on one piece.
